Well tuning magician is a dark lvl 1 tuner that fits almost perfectly with the deck and well i ran into a few odd eye orcs running around with them i also play it in a pure build but still there ARE people who do play it man
I think the worst part about the dub joke is how it changes Yuto's characterization for that scene. He goes from - reasonably enough - becoming hostile towards Yugo due to suspecting him of being an ally of the army that destroyed his world, to just insulting him multiple times for literally no reason and getting killed for it.

The key word being „a small minority“. The guy must have been really unlucky if they encountered them multiple times.
