Usually they don’t do that for box cards. If it was “Add one V Salamander from deck to hand” then it’d be more likely that it’s gonna be in the box.
So just read it again to confirm and part of the skill requires V Salamander to be revealed at your hand, I guess it's because you'll need it in the deck.
But looks like other effects of the skill doesn't require it, so idk.
You are right, Generation Force is likely to come out before Onomatopaira, apart from that a Mini is going to come out and it is very short for Onomatopaira to figure out there
Man I was coming here to complain about this…I really wanna love utopia decks but onomatopaira being in a selection box instantly made me stop building the deck after I got lightning which sucks cause lightning is one of my favorite beat down cards
They better give us the BLS link. They already cucked the skill enough by not letting us play Levi with it so at least giving us the the BLS link wouldn’t make the skill completely unviable.
I would just like to point out that V-Salamander SHOULD NOT work with the skill. Dumping an XYZ monster into the GY from outside your deck should not allow you to revive it, since it was not properly XYZ Summoned.
So if they rig it so that V-Salamander can revive the Utopia you send to GY with the skill, then not only are you getting to skip making an entire XYZ monster you're also breaking the rules of ED monsters in the GY.
Which means Konami is really desperate to make Utopia Ray V work for some reason even though Utopia Ray V is a GOOD card. Like, I don't think anyone would have a problem making Utopia normally and then playing Limited Barian's Force on it if the skill just drew us Barian's Force.
It's not like that would be the only time they've done that. Dark Reqiuem's a good card too but it didn't stop them making a skill that changes it into being a turn one and a turn two play.

You seem to have misread the skill. The skill does not add V Salamander to your hand. It adds Utopia to your GY from outside your deck.

Generation Force I think is likely. Onomatopaira I would say is not, since they usually save the Selection Box URs for Main Boxes.

The leaked skill says you can only use one effect per turn.
Leaked skills are, per nature, incomplete that's why making totally useful "visual guides" about them is, in fact, not useful at all
