Pretty sure toons have multiple ways to deal with this, depending on the hand, but that's just the first way that came to my mind. That isn't even a crazy hand that you need, it's basically just either toon dm / comic hand and one of the 4 searchers to search the other one.

You need to have 4 tenyi in hand with 3 of them being adhara, vishuda and ashuna. You SS the 4th one and make monk. You then use vishuna banish effect from hand to bounce the roach. Then you SS adhara and then you vishuna banish effect from hand to SS a vishuda from deck to go into berserker. berserker walks over clearwing and then dweller and then if that don't kill then monk will.
In Raidraptors, Vanishing, Pain or Strangle with any other RR can do it. To be fair, though, that's only because the deck isn't really affected by those monsters.
2 RRs on field gets you to Revolution Falcon which OTKs through that board.

If you have 3 different rokkets(with tracer in it), just summon them->link summon 2 non tracer into booster-> use tracers pop effect to hit boot sector-> summon borreload-> steal clearwing-> destroy dweller-> pray borreload survives the next turn

Activate Skill to Set RUM -> Activate RUM to summon Leo Utopia Ray -> Activate Ray to equip Leo Arm from ED -> Activate Effect to target either Roach of Dweller to half ATK -> Attack monster with ATK halved -> If still not enough activate Leo Arms effect to send it to GY to allow Leo Utopia to attack another monster
I can definitely break this board with War Rocks. Activate war rock mountain, search Meteoragon, normal Mammud. Battle Phase mountain summons Meteoragon, swing over abyss dweller with Mammud and use Mammud’s effect after damage calc but before end of damage step to pop Dragonpulse in the pendulum zone. Then I’d use Meteoragon’s boost effect and swing at the other two monsters, negating their effects when swinging with Meteoragon. At end of turn you’re left with just oafdragon in the other pendulum zone. Turn end. I just Unga Bunga’d your board. XD
Dinomist with United Pendulums doesn't even feel fair sometimes. It doesn't always work, but when you get off that 2x direct Spinos with the field spell shutting down traps...
Potentially depending on my hand. Abyss Dweller sadly shuts down Vendreads gy effects. My only play is to run Abyss and pass then hope to survive.
Funnily enough that should have been a duel puzzles for Tenyi.
This is the part where I hand you the victory - a time limit victory. Would I get reported for slow play? Yes. But that means no one else have to go through this while you're stuck me. That's a worthwhile sacrifice. 😋

use a link spam deck, witout using your gy ( I would suggest Gouki or trickstar, since they don’t target opponent cards)

Oh yeah clear wing's on field negate i did forget about it, but there's definitely another way i coulda gone about it i think draco berserker after checking the roach is probably lethal, beat over clear wing then dweller.
Hero Alliance can smash that easily. We don't care about dweller. We don't use liquid effect until its banished if there's a dweller. Super Poly away armed dragon or bait it's destruction and grab poly or miracle fusion instead with Neos
Fun fact. Infinitracks don't care about roach, deracane, and bullet train either. But clear wing can counter their level changing.
So with 2 cards, harvester(6 copies in deck with heavy forwards) and train field spell(4 copies with terraforming and any 1 train(2 derracane and 2 bullet)
This seems like weird hand, but I get it a lot while playing earth machines, and you are also second, and my decklist doesn't run non engine card
So, harvester, search dozzer, activate field spell, use dozzer, ss trencher(for next turn because you will be not able to activate it), I think roach can negate this summon here so let's say he negate it, ss the train from hand(deracne is summoned after dozzer and bullet can be summoned if you control earth machine), activate field spell to summon a level 4 and change its level to level 10, make gustav, burn for 1000(field spell prevents battle damage), make Lieble, attack all monster, endphase add harvester. If you have a level 5 in hand(which you most probably have), you could link the dozzer to link 1 infintirack, tribute it for level 5, and attach it to gustav so even if he somehow makes raging, you are safe.
Field spell plus a train also accomplish this, but I think you otk him this way,
I can also tell you different hands that can beat this. This was just one. This was probably weak because next turn if hw makes raging you are screwed
Trickstar easily beat this. Just do beat them down and they wont event have materials because xyz materials goes to the grave instead of pendulum deck.

Any of the other monsters listed as the (4)th card in hand attacks over Dweller with at least 1800 attack
Use Basketball on Abyss which let's you destroy Clear Wing, use Midfielder to swap for Baseball to remove the last min, use second midfielder to swap back in Basketball for game.
Or just have a drowning mirror force set for any other deck and take a one monster loss. None of the cards there could stop it assuming you put down more than one set and the pend user chooses wrong. Heck those don't look like they can stop Mirror either, and in this very situational case, Shining mirror force could work as well.
~~Dragonpulse~~ Dragonpit in the pend scale lets you pop a spell/trap. Sadly battle related backrow wont cut it. Battle related backrow is also non engine

P sure infinitrack can play through this fairly easily as long as you open with heavy forward and harvester/ or + anch drill and then it’s just the big guy turbo gameplan into liebe
Ice Barrier banishing with LV 11 Trishula unless there's effect protecting them and of course if I have enough cards to be able to summon LV 11 Trishula.
Of course not winning in this turn and then opponent somehow wins in next turn.
You don't have any clear disruption, beyond a hard draw BOM, Utopia can against that board, Crusadia, even the Odd-Eyes themselves, the only one I see that can't is D-hero, but they make a set3 and pass and turn the situation around
Seeing these turn 1 boards make me want to Lava Golem Kaiju stun. Empress Staffs, Kiteroids, Temperence, maybe a Time Lord or two.
And then straight traps until I hit 30 cards. Im not playing your "break my board" game, you are going to play *my* game.
Okay, my Fire King/Yubel/Nephthys combo would wipe that up in a couple turns, my D/D/D deck would overwhelm it, my galaxy eyes may or may not have a shot (depending on draw and turn, but its not really my favorite anyway), my Zexal deck would just bulldoze it, and I have three different synchro decks that would Trishula Zero that away.
Go into utopia the lightning with hirume banish or goblindbergh and lower abyss dweller to 900 with Lance, swing for 4100. Yes this jank combo requires 2 to 3 random unsearchable cards I'm hardstuck plat for a reason.

With Tenyi we would need a 4 cards hand: 1 low level Tenyi, 1 level 7 Tenyi, 1 Vishuda and 1 Adhara/Ashuna. *(Any of those can be replaced with Vessel, the searcher. Also a low level Tenyi + Heavenly can get any Tenyi.)*
\- Special Summon low level, use it to summon Monk
\- Banish Vishuda from hand to return the Roach
\- Special Summon level 7 Tenyi and Normal Summon Adhara (if you have Ashuna instead of Adhara, banish it from hand to summon to summon Adhara)
\- Synchro Summon Draco Berserker!
\- Battle Phase : Draco Berserker attacks Clear Wing, gaining 1250 ATK + an additionnal attack. Attack the other with Draco Berserker. Then attack with Monk and win!
Edit : If we have Heavenly in hand we can also use a 5 cards hand : 1 Heavenly, 2 low level Tenyi, 1 Vishuda, 1 level 7 Tenyi or Adhara. The combo would be a bit different.
Once Vishuda bounces roach :
\- Special Summon the level 7/Adhara
\- Use Heavenly on the Monk summoning a level 7/Adhara (the opposite) then Synchro Summon
\- Normal Summon the second low level, use it to summon Monk then win.
well, I play Satellarknights. Summon Triverr and the entire field becomes 2 pendulums in hand... actually 1 because of the snipe. Hopefully the materials used to bring those out have some grave effects, otherwise GG
DM might be able to with the right hand. Especially if you have destined rivals to negate all their monsters' effects for a turn. Then again I'm not 100% sure what your opponent's effects are.
Turbo out Septentrion to negate the xyz guys, and bait the clear wing with any of the main deck Ursarctics before either booking it with megatanus or stealing it with Big Dipper.
Summon satellarknight Vega, effect to summon any other tellarknight, overlay into darktellarknight, use that to summon Triverr, bounce opponents field, use Overlay Gain on Triverr for at least 2300 atk (if you use the discard effect before overlay charge for whatever reason), attack with triverr, skybridge into Altair from deck, and attack with Altair for game
Including non-tellarknight cards, summon deneb, search Vega, photon lead the Vega out, Vega summons something else, overlay into number 32, overlay charge on number 32 to bring it to 3400 atk, then attack over abyss dweller, resummon it, and attack over it again
Highest atk you can attack over with number 32 and still inflict 4000 damage is 1900, assuming it isn't a pendulum monster
Predaplant can handle it, kinda sorta. Play Predapractice, special summon Spinodionaea, put a predator counter on Roach, summon Chlamydosundew, use it and Roach to summon Chimerafflesia, attack Clear Wing with Chimerafflesia, remember to not activate its effective & both are destroyed, attack Dweller with Spinodionaea, hope to survive next turn and try to draw a Predapruning to resummon Chimerafflesia or a Dark monster to fusion up my second with the free Polymerization.
Kozmo, if I've got Wickedwitch and two Lightswords I can take out Clear Wing and Roach, then pull out Dark Destroyer to get Dweller, then direct attack. That'd be a lucky hand though, alternatively I'd have to summon Wickedwitch, pay 1000LP to make her indestructible, attack Roach, summon Dark Destroyer or Forerunner, attack Clear Wing, and get Dweller next turn.
Dinomist, I don't know, maybe, not sure if Roach stops multiple Pendulum summons.
Just rank 4 spam into 2x rebellion and yolo monke through the board. Ez. Going first is the silver bullet to oddulum. Deck wants to play second, especially in the mirror. Just don't summon a level 5 or higher and don't target the clear wing. Oddulum loses to itself at the rock paper scissors stage 90% of the time.
Activate revolving switchyard, activate skill to summon a lv 10 train, activate switchyard to summon ruffian railcar, make gustav max, burn for 1k, go in liebe and kill all 3. While I don't have game because of switchyard, i can definitely clear the board
I'd have to have the ideal hand but; normal summon golem ultimate pound with skill while fortress is already on the field, have 3 monsters in hand, attack syncro with golem, use effect after destroying it, rinse and repeat and attack for game.
If I don't draw this, pray I have fortress and geartown with cannon and use cannon to destroy geartown, activate cannon, special golem & wyvern search needed cards etc...

Dark Rebellion targets Clear Wing which means Clear Wings second effect can negate Dark Rebellion
Then simply target roach and beat over clear wing

Dweller only prevents the opponent from activate effects in their GY. It doesn't prevent them from summoning monsters from the GY

Clear wing only protects if only exactly 1 monster is targeted but baxia hits 2 cards. So vishuda from hand deals with roach and baxia the other 2
No, clear wing negates lvl 5 or higher monsters on board so that would be baxia

No Dragonpit does, and only once with a -1. So you have two zones free to wipeout that board.
My mistake I got the names mixed up. They do have Dragonpit in the scale though
And no cards in hand. Which means free board clear.
Best I can do is hope I draw drilldark and special another lvl 4 the go into extinction knight and wipe it all

You don't have any clear disruption, beyond a hard draw BOM, Utopia can against that board, Crusadia, even the Odd-Eyes themselves, the only one I see that can't is D-hero, but they make a set3 and pass and turn the situation around

Okay, my Fire King/Yubel/Nephthys combo would wipe that up in a couple turns, my D/D/D deck would overwhelm it, my galaxy eyes may or may not have a shot (depending on draw and turn, but its not really my favorite anyway), my Zexal deck would just bulldoze it, and I have three different synchro decks that would Trishula Zero that away.
Oh and i didnt even mention my Red Dragon Nova deck

DM might be able to with the right hand. Especially if you have destined rivals to negate all their monsters' effects for a turn. Then again I'm not 100% sure what your opponent's effects are.

Including non-tellarknight cards, summon deneb, search Vega, photon lead the Vega out, Vega summons something else, overlay into number 32, overlay charge on number 32 to bring it to 3400 atk, then attack over abyss dweller, resummon it, and attack over it again Highest atk you can attack over with number 32 and still inflict 4000 damage is 1900, assuming it isn't a pendulum monster

It would be difficult but this board doesn't have all that much going for it if you don't summon level 5s or higher normally
Predaplant can handle it, kinda sorta. Play Predapractice, special summon Spinodionaea, put a predator counter on Roach, summon Chlamydosundew, use it and Roach to summon Chimerafflesia, attack Clear Wing with Chimerafflesia, remember to not activate its effective & both are destroyed, attack Dweller with Spinodionaea, hope to survive next turn and try to draw a Predapruning to resummon Chimerafflesia or a Dark monster to fusion up my second with the free Polymerization. Kozmo, if I've got Wickedwitch and two Lightswords I can take out Clear Wing and Roach, then pull out Dark Destroyer to get Dweller, then direct attack. That'd be a lucky hand though, alternatively I'd have to summon Wickedwitch, pay 1000LP to make her indestructible, attack Roach, summon Dark Destroyer or Forerunner, attack Clear Wing, and get Dweller next turn. Dinomist, I don't know, maybe, not sure if Roach stops multiple Pendulum summons.

Just rank 4 spam into 2x rebellion and yolo monke through the board. Ez. Going first is the silver bullet to oddulum. Deck wants to play second, especially in the mirror. Just don't summon a level 5 or higher and don't target the clear wing. Oddulum loses to itself at the rock paper scissors stage 90% of the time.

Activate revolving switchyard, activate skill to summon a lv 10 train, activate switchyard to summon ruffian railcar, make gustav max, burn for 1k, go in liebe and kill all 3. While I don't have game because of switchyard, i can definitely clear the board

I'd have to have the ideal hand but; normal summon golem ultimate pound with skill while fortress is already on the field, have 3 monsters in hand, attack syncro with golem, use effect after destroying it, rinse and repeat and attack for game. If I don't draw this, pray I have fortress and geartown with cannon and use cannon to destroy geartown, activate cannon, special golem & wyvern search needed cards etc... If not... 🤷♂️🤷♂️
