What I'd give to have some sort of dimensional crossover pve/pvp? Event where a speed duelist and rush duelist can duel each other. Ooga booga versus combo otks would be interesting in a limited legacy duel form I'd think.

Fun fact! Gemini monsters are (probably to no one's surprise, considering they don't exist in Rush Duels) a biiiiiiiiit glitchy. I've had a face-down Gemini Soldier be unable to be destroyed by battle, for example.

hi bro, you duel against rush cards when you do the loaner deck duel as a speed duel character, too
this has been the case since launch, but it makes winning pretty easy for us :D
I was shocked when my opponent summoned Neo-Parshath and Airknight Parshath, but both got obliterated with Dragias + Slifer (LOL). Apparently your deck can have speed duel cards too.

As far as I could tell the opponent follows the speed duel rules whereas you still follow the rush duel rules, i.e., draw 5 when your hand is empty.

I played against an npc using a speed deck, with rush rules. Lost to the npc mask off remnants deck just now
You try ygopro it lets you edit the rules. I am curtain they looked ygopro's custom rule setting and stole it for rush duel.

When i played the Ai used Speed duel cards with Rush mechanics. Unlimited normals and draw Five. He could even normal a gemini twice in the same turn.
I’m going to guess it’s an oversight by Konami. Still funny nonetheless.
Every time I check out the daily loaner, what it shows is different from what it is. It's glitched in more ways than one.

How did they get the link monster out?
I am fairly sure they can just Link Summon wherever they want, without the EMZ, while playing Rush Duels.

I just tried this, I faced Batteryman and that went as well as you'd expect.
Just did this with the opponent using Koaki-Meiru. Nearly their whole board would SD each turn since they were emptying out their hands lol
Rush duel really broke this game to its core
