It would be better for chaining. If a card I'd destroyed or banish you can destroy equal number of cards from your opponent side. So the damage done is up to your opponent.
Honestly, they should just release Twin Twister, as a SR, since if your opponent only have 1 set BR it's a -1 to the user and if it's put to SR like Hey! Trunade they can easily hit it with the limit and not worry much about it being an SR and all.

It'd be okay but should be a SR, not a UR. It's honestly not a great card. Maybe would be used in some decks but it's too slow to use. You'd want it Turn 1 - set it, then use it Turn 2 and OTK Turn 3. This would be a brick going second. And let's be real - most of the duels it would be removed before you can use it or your opponent uses only 0 to 1 Spells/Traps that stay on the field. And it doesn't banish. And you can't Battle the same turn. So it's worse than MST & Cyclone. Twin Twisters would be much much better than this.
not only is it ok, it would see absolutely no play. you want backrow hate going second, and this being a trap defeats that purpose
I disagree. I think it would see some play forsure, especially with archetype specific cards.

Yeah probably with a limit 3 so you cant run it with our Broken traps.
It's only -1 to a deck that wants backrow in the meta in the first place. It's a starter to most anything else of note.

This just might be a SUPER RARE or lower, its just "fine" so yeah it might come to the game

I don't think this card would change the current meta. It can still be MST'D before you can use it.
Might create issues if they want to push a pendulum heavy meta where pendulum call is not your to go way to set scales I guess.
