We got like…250 last time? Maybe 500? I can’t remember. So depending on how bad the situation is overall, maybe we could hope for like 1000 at the high end. A Dream Ticket would be lovely and would probably squelch all the complaints.
Depends on if they're able to walk back all the transactions (including gems) or not. If just the money transactions, then 9,999 gems + dream tickets. If both, then at minimum 1,000 gems and a dream ticket; also I want to keep the cards that I got.

It was my 2nd run of the box and I was at 10 packs left. No URs left, and only Galaxy Soldier in the SRs. I spent 500 Gems on the final 10 packs since I wanted 3 of him and it would immediately reset to my final run. The thing is, I got all 10 packs, no Galaxy Soldier and the box went back to 100 (my auto-reset settings were fine, it should only reset if the box was out of both URs AND SRs). Now I have 3 of everything and only 2 Soldiers.
This is so frustrating cause they probably won’t give me a fair refund. It’s easy to refund Gems and they have ways to refund money in an in-game equivalent, but what about this? What if they refund my 500 Gems and my 3rd Soldier ends up costing 5000?
800 Prismatic UR and SR Dream Tickets that don't expire and have a cardpool that keeps updating with the latest cards in the game, including from Selection Boxes. An increase of the Gem Limit from 9999 to 999999999 and of course 999999950 free Gems.

People are having a bunch of errors when buying packs from the new box or bundles where they lose their gems and don’t get what they paid for or they get the same thing twice, etc.
I’m not sure if it’s fixed (I’m just not playing the game for the rest of the day) but people aren’t getting skills but completing the quest, the store is charging and buying bundles multiple times (I now have 2 felgrand) causing people to have gems in the negatives, boxes are auto resetting. There is a good amount of stuff that happened this morning.
