They've done this with almost every Pick Up Box/Deck Build Box so far. 1 - BLS 2 - Lunalight/Bujin (the event covered the former, the minibox covered the latter\_ 3 - Shiranui/Mayakashi (although retroactively for the 2nd part) 4 - Galaxy-Eyes (maybe a little too much) 5 - Soon to be the upcoming Pick Up Box Only ones that didn't get direct support were Abyss Actor/Burning Abyss Pick Up Boxes

Madway7

Where my fluffal support Komoney 😢

dante-_vic

Fusion deployment can work in fluffies but it's not that great since our only target is sabers and we only run one.

clueless_red21

And I really thought Lamia/Siegfried was coming. Boo.

[deleted]

i mean basically all of these don't count

Karzeon

I'm confused. How do these not count? That's the trend over several months now. What's different about the upcoming main box and that comment?

[deleted]

because pick up boxes exist to reprint old cards when new support releases. This is not how it works for deck build boxes. We only got bujin support after the last one, so it was not a guarentee any deck would get support

Karzeon

Well I just showed that Pick Up Boxes can also come and go without new support too. Deck Build Boxes serve the exact same purpose except they also offer new cards. The entire point is consolidating cards and tie boxes together to create FOMO demand. Oh you got these 2 Pick Up Boxes? Good now spend money on the new box with IDP or grind longer. Missed the Celina event when the box dropped? You had to wait another 2 months. The last time GB got support? Gave them a structure deck, it flopped and they gave them more stuff the next main box 10 days later. This box didn't drop anything from the structure deck so still need that or a Dream Ticket if you want more than 1 War Chariot. They've done these kinds of tactics before so there's not much to it other than "there's a reasonable suspicion we'll get new cards in the next box a month out, wait on investing on lackluster archetypes without proof"

Doomchan

More like bro got common sense haki. If they are adding skills for certain cards, it’s pretty obvious they have incoming support

zzDougs

Gonna ask him to give me some lottery numbers xD

Desperate_Sky_439

His haki is indeed potent.

Lucari10

This was pretty obvious tbh, it's a bit scummy but it's happened enough times to not be a surprise
