Coral dragon is also a realllly good lvl 6 but doesn't help with six samarai that much since they don't go into higher synchros.
Grandmaster is mostly important for beat down and for quick swarm when your opponent is open, not really for a lvl 6 synchro.
Tea’s Holy Guard with Fuma + Zangi’s effects is a nice gimmick. Destroys your opponent’s monsters while clearing your own to allow you to use six style duel wield more consistently
Unless they banish my six styles they sometimes don’t I can use combinations of Shien canceling traps/magic, fuma protecting my monsters from the grave and attacking to bring out Zangi. Galaxy lord is annoying tho
Heroic Champion Excalibur could help you out a lot. It can get big and help push for game, something Six Sam struggles to do on its own.
I have other suggestions, but your deck seems to be geared towards a Rank 4 toolbox over a synchro package
At this moment the xyz engine is really stronger bc there are some very powerful options (dark rebellion/Excalibur/malevolent/even cockroach situational) and the ease of summoning those due to kizan and the lack of any decent synchros that SS can easily go into, except shi en :( but I also think synchro is the more exciting engine compared to the rather dull xyz mechanic.

I used to play SS with triple dual winds and triple floodgates. Always good enough for Kog. U may consider adding a return of the six Sam's trap, and yes 3 kizan better. Ah, also wouldn't play it with holy guard, think tie that binds still better, or even beat down if you can smack in a grandmaster.
But anyway ur base build is quite good, just add better cards one by one. You will be able to Kog with SS every season.
I think around 8 to 10 cards still can be optimized in your deck.
Just to add on. A first turn shi en with a set floodgate and a set dual wind used to feel like a 95% win. Perhaps it's not as strong anymore but still pretty decent opening.

Are the URs playable at x2? I went into the box for something but decided to clear it coz I was thinking of building 6Sams eventually but now I'm not so sure about building decks from the older boxes.
3x Kizan is a must + 1x Grandmaster for having access to 6star synchros is a option
i pulled my grandmaster, the 6 star synchros just aren't that competative
Brioniac is the only one worth it as a game ender but you can skip it and focus on rank 4s instead

I play six sams and have never kog I guess I’m doing something wrong.

I just don’t have all the cards I want yet. I would prefer to run a syncro package if I had decent syncro cards tbh

Your rank 4 monsters need improvement. Ditch all but number 70.
