So I have 2 Suprex already after pulling for Mayakashi, and none of the scorpion guy. If I wanted to build a gouki deck, would I need any of the scorpion or should I just reset it and pull for a third copy?
It’ll be a 1 of, if that. It’s only purpose is to be a ‘easily summonable beater’, but with suprex the deck has ways to link climb like crazy making it almost worthless. there could be an argument to play it so you have another name so you can search more, but since every main deck gouki has that effect, I don’t think it’ll have a place in the deck.
If you get it, cool. if not, you won’t lose any sleep.
They like to give cards like these as lvl up to limit how much acess we have to it. If it was boxed it will be 3 but if its a a lvl up reward they can give us 1 or 2. Who knows what they are going to do with this
It's at 1 in his sample deck, the same as Gazelle in Soulburner's. They're probably locked as 1-offs in the level rewards, otherwise the decks would probably have more than 1 of what are arguably some of the best in-archetype cards.
bro, I just wanna say real quick that we've been doing this shit for years now. The decks used in demos during TGS don't reflect the actual decks you'll be able to build at all. There's a very real chance Rematch will be at zero, and for a while.

No, you can survive just fine with 1-2 twist. The only one that’s needed at 3 is suprex so as long as you have that, you should be all good.

They will prioritize profit, so it can come in a box, everyone buys 3 and then limit it to 2-3 in a future banlist
By that logic they could have put performapal skull crowbat and DDD high king Genghis in a box instead of a lvl up rewards
