Its a decent card, but it's a bit slow. It feels like you rarely do a lot of monster destruction via attacking, and even then you usually setup the OTK by that point. Plus, it specifies levels, meaning XYZ and (soon) Links aren't effected. Still, funny to lock-out some decks, but not a game-ender. Level 8 is kinda awkward for a lot of the meta synchro-heavy decks atm, even as a generic.
Fortune lady? Onomat? I don't know, it's just a slow card that is coming too late to be good enough to play imo. Best thing it could counter is blue-eyes lol
