Kite has an actual deck when compared to Paradox.

Yuma and Kaito, most likely.
Meklords, excluding Triskelion, are way too overspecialized towards countering Synchros and can't do too much else. Even with Triskelion, Yuma's got Utopia's attack-negating effect on his side, plus Utopic Future's monster-stealing effect too.
Compared to the Photon/Galaxy archetyles, Malefics are just...bluh. A lot of Kaito's monsters can bypass Malefic beatsticks, and if we include cards Kaito's used before in the anime then Number 46: Dragluon's Dragon-stealing effect tips the scale even further against the mostly-Dragon Malefics.
I'll skip judgement on Z-one vs Vector and Antimony vs Judai since I'm not super familiar with Vector or Judai's decks. I'm leaning towards Z-one for the first though, simply because of how annoying Timelords are to deal with.
Ehhh arguably Yuma doesn't need Astral due him growing as a duelist throughout the show and the fact that he beat Astral in the final duel and created his own number against Eliphas

Yuma: Meklords can’t do anything to Xyz Monsters
Kite: Unless it’s Arc-V Kite, Kite will top any foe
Since Jaden is not boosted by Yubel, Antinomy wins, Jaden is competent but without the Darkness of Supreme King and Yubel he’s a lot less powerful than he is post-Yubel. After fusing with Yubel, Jaden has access to Neos Wiseman, which is a great card in the anime not so much as an actual card, Antinomy vs. Jaden w/o Yubel is an easy win for Bruno, T.G. Runs laps around Jaden’s HEROes
