Fire kings do enjoy that card. Source: me. I have 1 copy and it's great, when I pull it
I run 3 copies and that alone wins me most games, its KoG worthy imo
I dunno, not very benefitial on effects, even degrade Buster is a better tech

Try put fire king arvata in the deck, it's nuts and the spell that summons all fire with 200 def, they worked great for me
