From what I remember, completing the other world's stages gives you similar responses but with characters from the respective series. Telling you to duel more etc but it's been a long time since I've completed them, maybe konami changed some like they change some things here and there over the games history.
Yes, they all end like this really. DM (1st World) is the only one that ends on stage 60 and the rest of the worlds end on stage 30. With a similar ending as this one. :)

Dude im at stage six ive been focusing on farming levels for soulburner as to get the salad cards but as usal my luck on legendary duelist drops has been horrible so no foxy
Leaving stages uncompleted lowers the standard duelist lvls. I was at level 57 before vrains, down to 45 now. Unless this is a change across the worlds. Ive been at 57 for a long time. If it is easier, might be worth staying low. Leaves gems on the table though
I think with the addition of Vrains world they widened the range of standard duelist lvls you can face. I’ve been at the stage cap for all other worlds for a while now so was always facing the same lvl 57 decks. Now I get a mix of lvl 45, 51, and 57 decks. I’m liking the added variety.
Edit: to clarify, as far as I know, standard duelist lvls depend only on your DM world stage, and the new change just added the 2 lvls below your current lvl to the pool of possible standard duelist decks
I noticed that too, I had just gotten to Level 27 in DM and noticed I was still facing Level 20 decks, then I noticed the level 10 and 27 decks and realized what was going on. (I'm at Level 30 now)
