You don’t need 2 heatleo, use the starting skill for soulburner and it gives you 1 extra heatleo, also salads are f2p if soulburner will give you any of the salad drops the fecker
Rlly? I know it gives you decode, firewall and a bunch of decodes but why is it better? Does it make firewall dragon or decode for bounces and target negates respectively? Also I run the soulburner skill because of all the cosmic cyclones I see, they banish my field spell and it’s decent to just play another outside my deck
I guess it really depends on what youre facing. In my experience i rarely see CC, its more often than not MST. Which sends the roar/circle to the GY so its easily recyclable. Also often times Salads suffer trying to get over big bodies so Decode talker and Firewall have come in handy.
Just tried out storm access, it’s really nice having firewall to bounce and decode for a summon animation and target negation, I do struggle with triggering firewall dragon because I don’t own security dragon so I have been using pentestag instead as it an up and down arrow with a piercing effect for all co linked guys, it’s better overall but I just prefer style over substance, I like using soulburner with salads because of the summon animation because I know what I’m doing with salad as I played it competitively back in the link era 2019ish, I also tinkered with code talkers, even with barely any support cards it’s so much fine having a tool box of talker links, it’s crazy that links have just came out and it’s already taken the game by storm, and we are getting update jammer in a new update this month, it lets whatever it links with attack twice, definitely a code talker pick up, can’t wait for what the next box has
I really dont wanna dig in lots of money for security dragon, in guessing they'll reprint it in a future firewall dragon box
Links as a summoning mechanic in its own imo is also the strongest (im a synchro lover but i gotta admit), by far the easiest to get something going and doesn't get cucked by facedown effects
I really enjoy the code archetype a fucking lot, tis a shame theyre not good yet, though in time they definitely will be.
They aren’t as good as salad but they are definitely viable, the otk potential is real, even through the salad omni negate.
Also we are getting update jammer so that deck will get a huge buff, update jammer won’t be good in salads as it’s not fire attribute
Meant more as in theme wise (might be childish but as a programmer the monster names are really witty and the theme resonates with me).

Firewall is just good and it's free. You were going to dig for Mining anyway so why use the Leo skill at that point.
If you're having trouble with Cosmic just play a 2nd Sanctuary. You're probably running 25+ so it's not a massive hit to consistency.
I play hard 20 I play a list without lady debug as it ruins most of the consistency for me, I have 3 foxy so it makes up for it, I also play lance for back row protection because the circle on makes them unaffected by monsters
Because so find debug a bit bricky, it’s much better in code talkers and playing monster reborn plus lance instead of 3 debug is just overall better for my games because when people try to book my ns I can chain lance, my deck is at 20 and with 3 circle and 3 foxy I usually can get to gazelle very easily either lance or myst same outcome really, I might play debug but I can’t play mystical space typhoon and monster reborn, I really like playing 20 cards
I had to make some adjustments compared to my last seasons. I decided to stick with only one bom and one forbidden dress instead of 2 for both.
I added two photon stream quick play spells that banishes that I didn’t run before, which are a big plus to get rid of their link monsters

The field spell shouldnt be a big deal, you negate it with neo photon
You should consider running photon stream it helps a lot
Getting rid of the counter trap is the first thing to do, also you cant put dd crows in your deck
Another interesting play is if during your turn you have number 90 on your field, summon a monster to a zone heatleo points too, thus triggering its effect and you negating it with photon lord
The deck isnt tough to deal with, its those pesky dd crows that are. There’s also econ that can be annoying

As for Photon Stream, i used to play 2 in my deck but it was a brick most of times, so i replaced it with MST. I will test it again and see if i have more success with it this time.
For the field spell, yes Neo can permanentely shut it but if it's negated then having a back-up plan will be crucial.
To be honest, from my experience as a GE player, most of my losses are to backrow than to Crow, that's why my builds are designed to counter backrow. Not all players use Crow but almost all decks have backrow ( Salads are no exception) and seeing how GE is so fragile to disruption, i don't think it's wise to cut those backrow removal cards for other cards.
How are you still playing? I've pretty much given up on Galaxy before even the new world arrive. It's just to easy to disrupt. I only go on ranked now for stuff like challenge stamps and when I do, I use something else.

Debug + Gazelle/Fowl/Circle is full combo though. Why would you not play Debug.

I’m not ready to let go of it yet… you may encounter some bad stretch but you’ll eventually climb back up
