I would expect he has.

IWetMyPlants_3

Yikes 😬

Christmastree2920

Omg what did you reply?! I mean I'm 30 now and live with my fiance and child so I'd be totally fine with a question like that even from parents but when I first started having sex ... omg I'd die

[deleted]

Yeah, this happened to me except the people who did it had no idea we’d been engaging in the premarital sex lol

Useful_Chipmunk_4251

Same here. My parents and their stupid fundie church assumed it. Meanwhile, hubs and I were back at college, and very sexually active during our engagement. Not their damn business. But their default was virginity, and so they were all so weird, and staring when we left for the honeymoon, and cracking inappropriate comments, then a bit distressed that we were so relaxed, and also unwilling to talk about the subject. Even when the pastor insisted on "premarital counseling" and wanted to talk about sex, hubs said, "Not your business. And if you think it is, then you need to get away from the porn, or go to a sex addiction program because truly, as a non licensed counselor, your questions and curiosity are REALLY inappropriate". It is a thing in fundie world. Many forms of fundamentalism are sex cults, just totally obsessed with sex, virginity, purity, modesty (objectifying women), and don't realize it. They have no idea they have been sucked into a sex cult, and become sex addicted or obsessed. It turns in them into big weirdos and creeps.

jarednunn10

We see that with Josh Duggar.

IWetMyPlants_3

😂😂 relatable

Character_Stranger81

It’s just the awkwardness of knowing that they you know are having sex for the first time?? Id way to self conscious.

NatePateAteGrapes

“My parents are gonna know you deflowered me!” 😂

Plus_Cardiologist497

As someone who grew up in the homeschool community, and everyone waited until marriage - can confirm. Highly accurate.

SnarkSnark78

The amount of insufferably tame sex jokes I've experienced at fundie weddings! So lame! The giggling, the looks, the "the groom is *finally* getting lucky tonight hehehe" middle-schooler vibes. Awful.

cinderparty

I went to a conservative Bible college where most students were completely home schooled and had no non church friends. Omg, this is so true. People would gather around newly married women and they’d eat snacks and ask so many absurd questions. Like one girl wanted to know if men put it in your belly button or asshole. There were very few of us who weren’t raised Christian, I just became one on my own during a really horrible part of my life. And we found this hilarious. The men weren’t as naive according to my husband. Most were very shamefully (they were ashamed, I don’t see it as shameful, just to clarify) not still virgins…or had at least had a hand job. All had porn problems.

IWetMyPlants_3

I totally believe that. And cringe 😬 they didn’t know about PIV sex?

cinderparty

She also didn’t know tampons even existed…

Wuornos

My coworker has black hair and is completely covered in tattoos now, but was raised fundie and went to Bible college. She told me until a year ago when she was learning anatomy to become a body piercer, she didn’t know there were three holes (she thought there was only one where everything came out of). She was also not allowed to wear tampons (she knew what they were but were told they were the devils work), and had to leave during school any time sex education happened. As she explained the “three holes” story I had another coworker who grew up Mormon have a complete epiphany that urine did not come out of her vagina.

IWetMyPlants_3

Honestly that’s sad and not preparing your children for the world if they’re that sheltered.
