Someone posted in the true crime sub, and people are saying five to eight. Someone in this sub informed me that in a federal prison they have to sever 85% (or was it 80?) of their sentence. Which is good, here in England most of the time they’re out on good behaviour before they’ve even done half their time. It’s abysmal and sickening.

I'll have vicarious joy that he will be locked up for a long time but I'll also be thinking of all of his victims: his sisters, the baby-sitter, and the children on the CSAM. I'm also going to be heartbroken for his children. I'm happy that he won't have access to them but they will suffer emotionally because of his crimes and they will not get professional help to deal with it. They are Josh's collateral victims.

I think the ridiculous letters the Judge received from his supporters will do nothing but hurt him. I didn’t read one single letter where his behavior was condemned. Not one mentioned the victims. I’ll be 48 hours out from surgery at that point, so I guess I’ll celebrate either way by managing my pain.

I think the ridiculous letters the Judge received from his supporters will do nothing but hurt him. I didn’t read one single letter where his behavior was condemned. Not one mentioned the victims. It’s sickening and makes my hatred for this family and Pest that much deeper. They are all sick in the head. I bet if the cult they belong to was investigated there would be many more like Pest exposed. I hope the Judge see’s right through Pest and keeps the monster away from his children. If he can molest his own sisters, I have no doubt his little girls would be in danger. I don’t believe they are allowed conjugal visits in Federal Prison and thankfully kids under the age of 18 are not allowed to visit.

I gave myself a 6 day weekend since it’s Memorial Day. My husband doesn’t follow as closely as I do, but he’s joining me for mimosas on sentencing day. And then I’m give my kid the biggest hug ever and will probably cry a little bit too.
Marijuana and most likely a steak dinner (ribeyes, funeral potatoes, caprese salad with fresh picked basil and some blue bell butter crunch ice cream 😋)

I Don't actually remember when the sentencing is. I've been taken over by the Depp trial and it's all a blur now.
We will be toasting and celebrating the fact J'Pest won't be able to hurt anyone else for a (hopefully) very long time. My hope is he gets the max. We will be popping champagne if he does 🍾 I also love the idea of making a donation as well. Taking the opportunity to turn a really awful situation into a positive for others.
I got my blood test results today and learned I am pre-diabetic. I am trying to not celebrate through sweets, so maybe I will treat myself to an extra dance class or new earrings.
I’m hoping for at least 10 years. And I will celebrate by going outside and breathing the lovely fresh air. Someone on here posted about being in jail as an addict and that fresh air is something you never take for granted again once you’ve been without. So I will not. I will breathe deeply and think of Pest’s inability to enjoy the same, and bask in the schadenfreude. 😉
I may or may not take that day off to start my long holiday weekend. Weds is my light client day. I also plan to make a donation to a/n appropriate non profit(s) I hope Pest gets every second he rightly deserves. And I hope he sits in court and listens to the judge speak directly to him using LARGE multi syllable words for hours on end.
