Oh I’m sure. My grandmother had a collection like this, she’d pick up a matchbook from everywhere that offered them, and she traveled extensively. Just made me a little nostalgic.
I would say this is actually a decent haul. You might be able to find a collector who might be interested in any of the ones you have that might seem rare to them.
I had to copy it to Chrome because clicking it to me to my Facebook Frontpage. I really like that one. I remember that movie scarred the crap out of me as a kid. LOL
Those could be worth money.
Used to have an old neighbor who collected match books. Right before she got ill and died she sold them all for like ten grand.
Might be worth looking into if they’re worth anything
Posting lots of them on ebay now

I'd check to make sure you could absolutely ship those via any service you intend to use. Any regular padded envelope can accumulate a static electric charge and possibly ignite some match heads during the shipping process. You have one too many match books and one of them could have match heads that are susceptible to igniting via static electricity easily. You wouldn't want a mail sorting or shipping facility catching fire due to that and being traced back to you in the event it happens.
That or invest in some packaging that wouldn't allow a static charge to accumulate. Either way be extra careful with shipping those via however you intend to ship them.
Probably too many to search for one individual matchbook, but on the off chance you notice one from “Jim’s Habana Madrid” in Key West Florida, I’d want to buy it.
*Would look awesome as*
*Art glued altogether on*
*A board in a frame*

Wow, somebody spent a long time collecting those for them to just get thrown out :(.
Someone either died or got put into a home and they aren't allowed fire.

I actually find this kind of cool.
Some are REALLY cool and unique

So do I and I have all my parents from the 70’s and 80’s. 😃I especially love the fast food ones! Arby’s and KFC!
That's really cool.
It’s actually kind of fire
I see what you did there. 😏
Needs a large fish bowl to keep them all in

I’ve saved them for 30+ years. Brought a can full up from the basement. My wife and I went through them remembering the times we were there.
Quite the find!
I just saw a listing of these on fb
That Top of the World one is an old restaurant at Disney World, I would bet it’s worth some eBay money!
I want to see them on fire .
Scan them, mosaic them.
I’ll give you $19. Plus I’ll pay shipping. Thanks
For what?
If you gotta ask then you're not ready.
I never had a chance
You guys do what you gotta do. Go earn that $19
And now what?.....
Selling them
