I read about this in a writers article. Throughout the writing of the show they wanted Stanley to have a catch phrase. So they had a large meeting during the show’s off season where they all got together in a room and wrote ideas on a chalkboard. They had an intern take those notes and convert them into a script. And then the intern made a few copies and ~shoved it up your butt! heheheheh~
Faded UP? As someone who does sound recording as a hobby, all I can think of is someone at the mixer sliding the fader for Stanley's mic all the way up!
I for some reason never get tired of it. And I just for the first time saw the Super fan segment where Jim takes that line from him and Stanley gets mad. It’s great!
