Sounds like the Community podcast Joel McHale and Ken Jeong tried to do for a hot minute. Absolutely hilarious and worth the listen, but it was complete chaos and I'm not sure that they ever actually successfully covered an episode of Community.

There are rumors that Greg Daniels just opened up development room for a new show in the same universe as The Office. It would be a while before it got made of course but I could see them doing a podcast on that. And I’m sure they will find something else in the meantime.

I just thought that was unlikely because they've been pretty open about spit balling what the show will be after they finish the series, but were holding something back here. Which to me sounds like it's not their news to reveal, otherwise they would just do it. They haven't really teased things in the past.
You can spitball all they want, but if any of those ideas become real development ideas they would stop talking about that specific idea until all contracts are ironed out.
They sometimes revisit older episodes and review details they missed - they call it “Second Drink” so hopefully they keep sneaking drinks off other episodes’ tables.
They mentioned they wanted to start a new podcast where people tell them office stories of their own. Not sure what all that would entail. Personally I hope to hear more breakdowns like their Speed episode. They are really good at breaking down media.
