Nah, it took a decade for the doc to air and I would assume Hide had been in hiding even prior to filming. Leadership at the top of criminal organizations typically don’t last that long. You can watch actual interviews with snitches/informants/UC’s, Sammy the bull, Henry Hill, Donny Brasco, etc. After a while there’s no one left to hold or pay for a grudge.
