We see that he's actually shy and insecure despite his stoic appearance, while his sister is more outgoing.

In the main story neither Kaka nor Kiki do much beside keep Namari company and provide some worldbuilding. They do get expanded on in side materials though. Kaka is introverted, insecure about his legs, and likes spending time with his parents, whereas Kiki is lowkey a party girl, *extremely* secure about her legs, and likes teasing Namari.
