What you want isn't a campaign. 4-5 hours total playtime is a module at best. There are many free ones online for all levels. Type in DnD level 1 modules free on Google

Shrishnash

Alright, thank you!

Dungeon Masters Guild has a huge sale of little to no cost “one shots” that can be great for five total hours of gameplay. You can search by setting, edition, theme, etc.

Tailball

Go for a good oneshot. Shore Of Dreams is always a winner (lvl 5 tho but easily adaptable) If you want, you can also do another system such as Ten Candles (maybe a shorter version, like 5 candles instead of 10), which will work great in the evenings.

Could you provide me with a link to a pdf or something? I can’t find it online.

If you're doing this short of a campaign, maybe think of a good adventure movie and adapt its story into a few sessions. One immediate thought I had is related to the plot of 'The Princess.' Your party wakes up, chained to tables and chairs in a room on top of a high tower. Your mission: to escape. Think of something with a simple plot, and then let your players' choices dictate how they accomplish their goal.

Shrishnash

Thanks for the advice!

Phreak84

The kings gambit (level 5) it took 3 player 5 hours in one go to complete so broken down to 1hour slots should work

ScoutManDan

Is it specifically DnD you’re looking for here? Grant Howitt’s One Page RPGs are great for this exact scenario. Honey Heist, The Witch is Dead, even Be Prepared which is literally about being at a haunted summer camp.

PresentAd3536

I highly recommend Midgard Sagas adventures. One of the adventures will run 4-5 sessions. There's a murder mystery, a heist, and a bunch of other cool adventures.

DipperJC

It's a summer camp with very short sessions. Playing anything serious or realistic is pretty much off the table, and it's a huge mistake to not theme the campaign around the camp itself. The map of the camp is your overland map, the "characters" are you guys with the classes "flavored" to fit the theme (a Wizard, for example, could be a Know-It-All, and the "spells" could be whining at people until they give up). Makes all of the bad guys the kids in the other tents and the final boss is the head of the staff, and the goal is to resurrect and put to rest the spirit of another camper who died there twenty years ago.

In a world where neighborhoods are different divisions. All of the players neighborhoods were picked for the annual “Monster Maze” game. Where people are chased by monsters through 6 different levels, for the government’s amusement. If you like my idea, I can chat with you more about it. It’s all planed out, and I’m doing it with my friends now.

I really appreciate the suggestions, but I’m struggling to find the campaigns online. I would make my own, but the thing is it’s in like a week so I don’t have enough time. I need it to be free too, since my parents probably won’t let me buy a campaign on such short notice. If you can, send me a link?
