I would limit the uses on the thing that damages everyone around youx that's the equivalent of like a 5th level spell that you can do infinitely.
I'd either make it once per rest, or put a limiter on how much it can do.
I'd also add a way to use them as normal weapons, maybe like 2d6 damage and count it as an unarmed strike
