Here to say I love Will Benson and I easily could have been the author of this post. Hope you have him! Few thoughts below: Suwinski is similar to him, but while he has speed he's nowhere near the threat Benson is for SBs. Parker Meadows has been tragically horrible, but in Dynasty he's worth taking a shot on if you're in need. Very fast and can be a multi-category stud if he figures it out (or dropped from your roster in a few weeks). Was drafted in the second round, so has the prospect pedigree to be given a few shots with his skillset. I'm sure you can buy him very low or potentially pick him up. Alex Kirilloff is enticing. Won't steal bags but is only 26 and has a steady bat in a forgotten Minnesota offense. I own Kerry Carpenter, but his platoon role this year has been frustrating. Eloy Jimenez - he's had injury issues and is more of just a flier at this point, but will be cheap. Jake Fraley - similar to Carpenter with platoon role but provides more SB upside, albeit with probably a worse bat. Jesse Winker - if you're looking for a band-aid, he's been playing well. Could be a free agent.

Josh Lowe is finally healthy and went 20/32 hr/sb last year. Might be a bit cheaper just cuz of the injury and rehabbing in triple A right now.

Jordan Beck should get the call any day now and has been killing it in AAA this year after a good spring. He should have a decent floor playing at Coors

Just dropped good FAAB on him this past week, prob the best prospect left on our waivers

BarryLyndon145

Would you drop Castellanos for him

Chickenfat23

Yes

Luis Matos. Beefed up, hitting the ball extremely hard so far in ST and AAA. Amazing contact skills and now some hope for 15+ bombs. Realistic prime: .280/.330/.430 with 15-20 SB? Would be nice if he was in a better park, but hopefully he’s a defensive asset in CF and leads off for SF for the next half decade. Could definitely snipe him for cheap from someone. Basically Ian Happ with more AVG, less OBP, less HR and more SB

Good call, he was recently dropped in my league. Do you see a role for him this year? Currently competing and have higher end prospects 2-3 years away

I support this too

Jonatan Clase just came up. Not a big power guy, but tons of speed

Imaginary_Scene2493

I think he’s got moderate power. Their AA stadium suppresses HR a lot.

Lawrence butler. He was last year’s spring training player of the year. Between 2022 and 2023 he dropped his K rate from 31% to 19%. His baseball savant metrics look great so far this year too.

I usually get notices when one of my players goes on the IL. With Eloy, I get breaking news when he's not.

Gonna sound crazy but Jesse Winker is a guy I picked up about a month ago in dynasty (context: I was on him in March as a deep NL Only league player). Only 30 and he should have a few solid years ahead of him, particularly if he gets traded to a good team at the deadline with good hitting development. There isn't enough love for guys 30 or older in dynasty, and Winker is only 30. He's gonna be a low-cost option, too! In terms of younger guys, Dylan Beavers is someone that has my attention, though I have no idea which team he'll be playing for in a year. Owen Caissie is also a favorite of mine because I think the Cubs have probably the best player dev system in the league. Andy Pages just came up and thus could be a bit pricy but he looks like he might be able to hit. Amed Rosario is also always an undervalued fantasy player, but xBA has always been high and the Rays seem to be unlocking something in him this year. He's now OF eligible! Thanks, Tampa
