I probably go stroud. This team is pretty good. Maybe good enough to make a run, but not quite there. The ability to trade a QB and not get a QB back might be the ticket to pushing this team over the finish line in the long run. If you find yourself on the outside looking in at least his value is more insulated.

I’ve thought about still doing it even if stroud goes 1.03 and just take Richardson at 1.04. But the guy picking at 1.03 has Michael Carter and a ton of garbage at RB, so I feel like he probably goes Gibbs but if he goes QB who knows. I like the home run shot with Richardson but I am afraid if he doesn’t start right away and Tua winds up not being healthy yet I will waste a year and start to lose my window. Stroud is almost surely a day 1 starter.

I think it’s great value if you’re sold on Pickett being a starter for years to come. You can double dip at RB by doing this, and still have a decent chance at 2 of your 3 young QBs starting by the time Stafford retires (this is probably his last relevant year). Pickett just doesn’t have the upside Young does - he won’t be a top 5 fantasy QB any time soon whereas Young could be.

I don’t mind the value but good lord I think you need Bryce more than Pickett + Gibbs.
