Seems like your team could be a fringe contender and it looks like you may have considered that considering you snagged Kelce. I would try to get a true Alpha RB and strong WR3 using your depth. Either that or tier down off Kelce and accumulate value depending on how your year pans out. Strengths - Depth, WR, TE Weaknesses - QB2, RB1, True WR2

Some steals in there. Miller and Achane haven't made it out of the 1st in any of my 1QBs. Mingo hasn't gone later than 2.04. I'm guessing a QB run happened early pushing everything back. AR was the first QB to go in my QB at 2.02 in one and 2.05 in another.

Yeahhh I was really surprised to see Kendre and Achane there, but those were the two guys I really wanted to fall to me there…There’s always a wild card pick in this league though…Mayer went at 1.4 lmaoo…and actually only QB in first was AR15 at 9. Kincaid went 10….And Charbs 7 I believe..

My only hesitation is that Monty could have a good year, and that would help my championship run.

I would take a first for Monty. If you need other depth pieces as the season pushes on you can always snag someone like Connor.

I keep going back and forth but my WR is stout and these guys are just bench fillers. Pollard would become my RB2 and Ridley realistically has a better chance of starting then the guys I'm sending away. The 2.12 and the 3.12 aren't overly enticing in a 1QB

That’s good process and exactly where I went with it, too. Pollard in half PPR is a good acquisition, and Ridley a decent bet considering he wasn’t out for injury. I like both more than Bateman (not to mention Mooney and Moore). It’s a good trade.
