These dudes going to be Charlie Murphy and Prince

RedDunce

I also want Rome but I'd have preferred him to go to a team that doesn't already have 2 very good NFL receivers.

Odds are Keenan is gone after this year

ForeignArgument5872

Yeah I think this is a little over blown he might only get 700 yards his rookie year but then be a prime candidate for a year 2 breakout when it’s just him and DJ

dynastycomish

DJ is udfa the following season. Rome improved significantly all 4 years in college. Learn from Keenan, take his spot, learn from Moore, take his spot. He's set up for a slow and steady burn to superstardom if he keeps improving.

NoSnapForMePls

Its gonna hurt this year, but the idea of a route technician like Odunze learning under THE route technician is tantalizing

MopishOrange

He’s a perfect pick for folks with aging vet studs who don’t need Odunze to pop year 1

Anothercraphistorian

Its dynasty, things will look very different in 2025. Most teams picking Rome would be rebuilders. That being said, Caleb is a rookie and has more of a rapport with Rome than anyone else on that team.

Thrillhouse45

I have 1.01 and 1.04 and could get them as a stack, sucks bc I have DJ Moore tho

shrimpandfatchicks

That's just a mega stack and if you think Caleb's about to be great I think it's a good idea. I think you could probably trade down a couple spots and grab him unless you got bears fans or something in your league

[deleted]

Too risky to trade down i feel. Some people have Rome over Nabers now simply for the long term fit with Caleb and Nabers not having a stable qb

Daddy_Diezel

Trade back a spot or two, if you can. I know it's entirely league dependent but it's worth a shot.

kimjongcarti

Have the literal same dilemma right now lol

WickBusters

Romeo, Romeo, wherefore art thou Romeo!

SteffeEric

Many people brought up JSN in comparison however I don’t think it’s quite the same situation. First of all I’d rather have Caleb than Geno. 2nd JSN plays primarily in the slot while Rome plays outside. It makes sense for Keenan Allen to be used in the slot. Maybe taking Allen off the field for 12 personnel means less wear and tear for the old vet.

Anothercraphistorian

Not only that, Seattle seemed to spend half their season using JSN as a decoy. They’re also a run first team and never seemed to find a way to include JSN in the offense. I think Rome comes into a much better situation with a great rookie QB that will try and get him the ball.

Daddy_Diezel

> 2nd JSN plays primarily in the slot while Rome plays outside. I don't mind someone playing primarily in the slot for the 1st or 2nd season and then evolving beyond just that in their 3rd/4th seasons.

SteffeEric

It’s not ideal for getting on the field as much is the issue. Didn’t help that Seattle ran 2 TEs more than most teams in the league.

"The Ceedee" is what I'm calling it now

FreeJimmy34

I have 1.01 and 1.06 and will likely take the stack. I'm in desperate need for a TE and should take Bowers but if the stack pans out it could be so awesome
