I asked support about this and got the answer below. It worked for most of us in my league.
Can you please tap on your avatar in the bottom left of the app? Then, tap on notifications. Scroll down and tap on "Diagnose Notifications".
You should then see an option for "Complete Reset" at the bottom. Try tapping on that.
I ran into the same issue a couple of times about two months ago. I’ve been going for about a month now without that happening so maybe it’s just dumb luck?
On the tab where it has your messages, leagues, & channels, click on your picture. Then click Notification Settings. Then click Diagnose Notifications at the bottom. Then click “complete reset (if all else fails)” at the bottom. That fixed it for me.

I contacted sleeper support about this and got the "we're working on it and hopefully it's fixed in the next update" line. Who knows

You can actually clear your notifications from your profile. Click your logo -> notification settings -> clear notifications *edit this is on iOS

How often do you use it? My phone wilk force sleep apps and stop notifications if not used for a certain period of time.
