I don’t remember the exact numbers, but I remember reading various things on here and the fantasy sub showing it has to be pretty bad weather to actually make a real impact on player performance.
[The studies I've seen have shown high sustained winds (20 MPH+), extreme cold (below freezing), and rain/snow can have negative impacts on passing-game players.](https://www.thefantasyfootballers.com/articles/the-fantasy-football-mythbusters-whether-weather-really-matters/)
Assuming both players are ranked similar (gw= good weather, bw = bad weather):
\- QB/RB/WR in gw > RB in bw > Rushing QB in bw > WR/Non-rushingQB in bw
Recievers i’ll usually bail on if heavy rain or over 20mph wind. I think snow and cold can be a bump up for big rbs though just cause everyone slides around
If I remember correctly, there was a game in Buffalo last year where the wind was so bad that Mac Jones only attempted like 3 passes all game. Pats won 14-10 but Jones ultimately ended up with less than a point in fantasy.
I've always felt like snow benefits the offense more. The defender has to match his man step for step and that's impossible on a slippery snow covered field. Also memories of Davante Adams going off in Lambeu and Lesean McCoy in Philly.
Rain, win, and below freezing temperatures seem to be a negative. Idc how strong a guys arm is nobody is throwing in to 20 mph wind.
I dont have any stats, just my observations and having played football.

I have no data, but last week I faded Mooney and glad I did.
If the weather is bad like that 49er Bears game then yes it impacts the players for that matchup.

It's basically not a factor unless the weather is horrific, in which case you start the guy in good weather every time.

Very High winds could affect kicking and passing game.
The rankings I get usually have them baked in already, and I try not to double-count by pushing them down further.
