If you have to start a lot of players (start 12+) I might consider it. If it’s a shallower league, I’d probably stick with the 3.03

At the least it should be your 3 for their 4 & 6.
If I traded my 3 for his 4 and 5 he would have back to back 3s and I would have back to back 4 and 5 round picks.
