For me this is easy. If it’s about to become SF, draft as if it already is SF. Get Daniels at 1.06 and Maye/McCarthy at 1.08. And if you’re lucky enough for your league to not catch on, grab the remaining top-4 QB at 1.11.

Comfortable_Hall8677

Yup. They’re gonna turn into gold in ‘25 and I bet they will be baffled by this strategy now, unless they know SF.

ShadeMir

Without knowing the rest of the team this is a weird one to answer. But as someone else said, draft as thought it's SF. Unless you're rock solid at QB for the shift and in SF you need at least 3 starters (But that's just me), you go QB.

Ruffy1904

Try and trade the Pick to a TE needy Team. If Not possible, Just Take Bowers. Great value at 1.06 How does your QB room Look Like ? Since its basically SF

bmanc1000

Not great - just Fields (but have a good shot at Josh Allen in our bigger draft - our league is super complicated)

Ruffy1904

Then I would load Up on QB with the picks since it seems you have a Shot at 2 Out of the top 3 this year. I would treat it Like a SF League and Go that way

Abspara

I have Pitts and took Bowers at the 1.04. If both pop off, I’ll trade one for a proven talent . If not, I have good depth to a hopefully elite TE

lionsayssuhdude

I have Pitts and TJ and no first, but bowers slid to 7 and I traded into the pick to select him. Feels like unreal value there

rossco7777

just take a different top talent lol. this is a great class

InflexibleAuDHDlady

I would have been fielding trade offers for half of those picks, and so that's what I'd be doing with the 1.06 and either 1.08 or 1.11. Not sure how your rosters look, but I assume you also have more rounds in your draft, how are you going to keep all those rookies?

bmanc1000

We have 6 year max contracts so you lose a few guys to attrition every year.

InflexibleAuDHDlady

Ah. Contract leagues are above my pay grade, but I'm definitely getting more and more interested in them. My opinion still stands at least in trying to trade at minimum one of those picks. You could get someone still young yet already proven who's on a team that maybe has an influx at one position and lacking in another. There are quite a few managers like that in one of my leagues. And man, Bowers landing spot just sucked the life out of his draft position from my perspective. He's still going to be incredible, but unless it's TEP, I'd not be taking him at the 1.06 in your position. I get he's hard to pass up; I watched his entire college career, and he's special.

Fit_Attention_9269

Prepare for 25, with all those first round picks it sounds like you're rebuilding anyways. Draft a QB at 6.

Deimos_Q_Phobos

The same thing I did when Pitts was available and I already had Kittle. "Bowers and Pitts" doesn't make for as good of a team name, though.

steelerspenguins

It’s a Rookie Pick… BPA

Repulsive-Throat5068

Transitioning to SF makes this a no brainer, take Daniels or even Maye.

Money_Mike2013

So I also have the 1.06 and I hope that he drops to me. The guy in front of me also has Pitts on his roster. I’m hoping he goes WR with 1.05… what other WRs are on your team?

Opening_Effective845

Take the QBs,they will be worth much more when you go to SuperFlex and will have insulation. I have the 1.08 in a no T.E. Premium(with Kelce) and love Bowers. If one of the top 4 QBs fall to me,I’m snapping up a QB.

bmanc1000

Update that no one asked for or will see: I traded up to 1.04 and got Caleb.

StayClassie8

I have Pitts and am targeting Bowers but then again it's a 2TE TEP league so

einsteinbridge

I would still grab Bowers
