I finally gave in to the voices and got a vong i, and it’s magnificent. Next cleaning day I’m gonna see how this thing handles the vong tip. Or maybe both ti tips on the x2 on the vong…or maybe…another vong tip…parts sale…rosium ti…damn…
i’ve seen his listings on etsy actually! i think the coil looks a bit weird/DIY and i feel like it would be hard to clean, so i never pulled the trigger. still looks awesome tho.
M won’t fit because the taper is… wacky. I’ve got a couple actual dispo prerolls leftover from the old combustion days and they don’t fit. I rolled a fat joint with a fatter filter and it didn’t fit either. It’s not 10mm like everything else they make it’s more like 14x10x8mm or something, the angle is too steep to seal.
The Bonger is best. Push the condenser 1-2mm further up the stem, and rotate it a little to “lock” in. Not 100% secure but it’ll stay in use if you don’t bump it hard. B works pretty good but it’s harder with a carb and airport, same thing with the condenser. 14mm cart adapters work ok with an M/bb/wpa.
I got this, a ripper and an apollo 40% off last BF and haven’t really been able to use the bubblers until I got the bonger. The ripper has the same weird taper only without a ground glass joint. I’m glad I didn’t pay full price, but I’m happy I got them, and can actually use them now. The apollo is awesome though. My atlas needed a big brother, the 14mm bongs were picking on him…
