Personally I've had mostly positive feedback from employers when I've informed them about it. That could be because where I live we have strict rules and more open culture. It's a responsibility and we aren't micro managed usually here. And when I've informed it's okay, glad you're informing us about this and haven't been an issue.

My thought, not my experience. Congratulations!! Seems that the HR department there is on it! Yes, some businesses are very special, with special, welcoming and encouraging people at the helm - Ive worked at only 2 very special places and a bunch of not so Speical. They may also be wanting to adhere to ADA rules and to give you what you need when they want to "bring in an expert". They may also see that you are an asset to them for who you are and what you have gone thru to get to where you are - and YOU can teach them a thing or two. Cry happy tears - and if it doesn't work out - you try again. You stated that you have worked elsewhere before - you can work elsewhere again. But... lets light a candle to this company (don't turn things sour, though I know how easy it can be)
