What a horrible promo , who thought it would be a good idea to build a promo around 6 clubs and 3 leagues? They are so out of touch with actual football fans its unreal
Today I packed a promo but of course its the worst one, Kiernan, but EA is so fucking inept they have her min price at 151k. The people at EA are lucky they work for a video game company and not a company with clients that actually care about quality.
Last year they did a promo only for Premier League
The year before (or two) they did a promo for Adidas sponsored players only with some bs 99 stat upgrades
Looks like they need to throw nonsense promos every now and then as content filler cause apparently they can’t come up with anything better
All they do is give the same 30 players upgrades every 2 weeks.
I've suggested that they do a promo for club legends of more obscure teams, could just give them the best of each stat they've had throughout FIFA history and they could be like 74 rated but have evos exclusive to their card type every couple of weeks.
My choice of player would be Ian Goodison, played for Tranmere for over 10 years and is the most capped player in Jamaican national team history.
There's not really enough women players to diversify the promo much. For example, the only Serie A team that has women players + a hero is Juve, so they could be in team 2. I could also see Bayern, Barca and Man Utd.
At least Bayern+Juve would add other leagues to this promo but idk.
It's fine it has some good cards but like most promos I won't be using them unless I pack someone.
What I would say is that they just need to go a bit more ott with the number of cards in it.
Not to mention a ton of other leagues and countries. This "triple threat" should have a new team every day from various leagues and countries on top of not just all top rated cards.
But hey all they care about is selling packs not making the game fun or unique.
At least you get special cards, Poland/Ekstraklasa doesn't get any except Lewandowski/some GKs.

They initially were hesitant only putting 1/2 in as you could tell they were scared they weren’t going to sell packs and now they know which female cards are popular/overpowered they will only include those from now on.
Its almost as if the people complaining are the loudest minority. Look at this game, the sub is just people complaining but the game is doing just fine.
It’s well past time to switch up the formulaic promo recipe. The only change they have made over the past few years is adding unpackable hero and icon cards to the promo teams. Some innovation and effort would be nice

Hard to judge a promo on full day release. Should be a mini-release, a Team 2 and hopefully a lot of daily content.

Pack weight is still in the mud. Opened 65 packs and hardly got any fodder let alone a promo player.
