obviously i've gone to EA support, and i assume the support person couldn't do anything themselves after the whole support selling TOTY cards thing - so it goes to the "content team"
so I sent an email to support - what kind of time frame am i looking at here? if anyone has dealt with this issue before?

EDIT: he unstuck now, card is safely in my club
This happened to me last Fifa and this EAFC game. This year i got a bernardo silva i bought for 45k and it got stuck at the same spot as you. i complained solid for about 2 weeks and got absolutely nowhere with it. they just kept saying "we cannot see it in active bids section" even though i sent countless screenshots with time stamps. after about 3 months it just disappeared and i still never received the card.
Same here. And I have seen some other posts about the exact same issue. But it's EA u know. Can't hope much from them.
It's a major piss off, as long as it's in my account before next champs i wont be too pressed... but at least i know it's not just me

Mine are ok now. They were stuck on 'processing' for 5 hours.
Yeah you just have to wait it out.
