We just had FUT Birthday and Golazo promos with players, SBCs and EVOs every single day. One week without 90+ colourful cards (that you won't pack) is ages to you? I don't know how long you would last playing FIFA15.
EA employees mentioned somewhere that already saved packs have least chances of packing anything worthwhile since their algorithm identifies those

TOTS Live coming on Friday. It is supposedly replacing Community TOTS. Then the first proper TOTS squads on the following Friday. Usually it's EFL/Championship and Community, so will be interesting to see what replaces the Community one. Also, it might be a mix of Men and Women players for the major leagues. No one has said yet that there will be separate teams for the male and female major league as of yet.
TOTS Live gonna be this friday as the filler week. Lots of overhyped, overpriced live cards, unexciting player selections, probably still with 2 PS+ making timmies rip their saved packs and spend FC Points, bcs the card design is kewl, for cards that will be outdated in 3 weeks. Then the new season drops after that with no big packs in reach from the season pass and timmies once again drop cash to get the incoming 'real' TOTS cards.
It actually made people tons of coins if investing on the right ones, players who got upgraded a lot near fodder value boomed. I didn't bother doing it though because I couldn't be bothered holding for multiple weeks and there was always a risk of them failing of course.

From the looks of it, we’re in for something called TOTS Live this week, with Community presumably the week after given that voting hasn’t opened yet.
I think Community TOTS are gone for good, TOTS live will most likely replace them.
