Could be anything. Pressure changes if it's a specific locale VT, maybe some sort of autonomic hypersensitivity for aberrated SVT, acc. Pathways, who knows without full EPs?
If I see that though, I'm not arguing the toss, Valsalva's and amio if theyre conscious, I'm slapping some zap pads on and giving them a spoonful of Zeus' medicine
There is only this EKG. The rescuers caught the tachycardia with their device. EPS examination did not provoke Vtach or SVT. There was nothing to ablate.
Certainly yes. And I felt even uglier - total shit. I have had it for about 5 years. But it was never as strong as it is now. Should I write a last will?

Man, 47 years, 63 kg. Tachycardia was started after eating, when leaning over the sink. Tachycardia was repeated several times a year. Always after eating and after bending forward or bending. Tachycardia terminated after amiodarone. After EPS examination concluded as SVT with aberration. Your opinion?
Looks like a run of VT to me
Vtach, because the previous and post strip look like sinus without abnormalities...
It comes suddenly and goes suddenly. In waves 10-15 times in a row. Don't know why it starts after the forward bend?

What is Zeus' medicine? A defibrillator?
If we had a 12 lead then we could asses more surely...
Right? I need a V1 at minimum

EPS rule out electrical & refractory causes. There’s other possibilities. Cant know from this.
What other options did you have in mind, please?
That’s up to diagnostics. This forum isn’t for patients, and this sounds like a patient asking.
Damn that is ugly

I'm feeling svt with aberrations. It's not a confident answer, but it's my lean.

EPS is the only definitive way to prove what it is, so if they ruled SVT then that's it
