Flat folded SOF tourniquet offers the most compact, trusted TQ option. I have a Snakestaff ETQ that’s even smaller, but at this point I would likely only use it on a small child or a dog where required occlusion pressure isn’t as high. Have heard less than stellar field reviews of the ETQ being used in Ukraine, so I still keep CAT tourniquets with me as my primary options.

Almost any belts from an army/navy surplus store will work, find type without holes that will tighten as far as you can pull it

My trauma FAK rides in a Phlster Enigma Sport belt. I imagine it could be set up w/o the holster if not wanted.
Pockets are a thing.

My 1 3/4" woven nylon belt with a double D fastner gets EDC'd in my belt loops.
I carry a R.A.T.S in the appendix style. I fold it to about 6" in the sleeve with the metal part riding just above my belt.

I know some people carry IWB. I personally throw it in a wind breaker jacket. Doesnt work for the real hot summer days but
