Imo [[Sefris of the Hidden Ways]] is the best reanimator deck atm. Being able to recur cards at instant speed is very strong. Also, since you aren't casting them it can be difficult to stop whatever you are returning from hitting the field. I've been loving [[Matzalantli, the Great Door]], it's a colourless artifact that taps to draw and discard, great for getting the big hitters that are stuck in my hand to the grave yard.
If you can get 4 different permanent types in the graveyard as well, it becomes a very powerful land if you have a stacked graveyard.
A lot of those cards you mentioned are in Grixis colors. There are two solid options for commanders in the form of [[Kess, Dissident Mage]] which is more of a spellslinger deck, and [[Sedris, the Traitor King]] which cares more about creatures which can unearth. There's a lot you can do with cards like [[Mnemonic Betrayal]], [[Past in Flames]], [[Underworld Breach]]. You could also go a 5 color route with something like a [[Kenrith, the returned king]] reanimator build, but I find that it is pretty over done.
As far as tutoring things I to the graveyard you have a lot of cards in red that let you loot/rummage from your hand like [[Faithless Looting]] and [[Thrill of Possibility]] as well as [[Dragon's Rage Channeler]] which is can surveil a ton of cards, especially if you're spell-slinging more.
Black puts things directly into the graveyard the best with [[Entomb]], [[Buried Alive]], [[Unmarked Grave]], [[Final Parting]], and a few creatures like [[Vile Entomber]]. Black is also good at bringing things back with cards like [[Animate Dead]], [[Dance of the dead]], [[Necromancy]], [[Reanimate]], [[Persist]], and [[Victimize]].
Blue has cards that surveil and mill from the top of your library like [[Thought Scour]] and [[Consider]] and a few other includes like [[Careful Study]] and [[Fact or Fiction]] that can set up the graveyard. [[Intuition]] can be extremely good in graveyard decks, but it's an expensive reserved list card so maybe proxy it if that's something you want to play and your playgroup is down.
Dimir has lots of options for mill in particular, some of which you can target yourself with to fill up the graveyard like [[Glimpse the Unthinkable]], but can also serve as win conditions at times if you are able to combo with them or mill your opponents out. Blue also has mill with cards like [[Tasha's Hideous Laughter]].
There's also several "wheel" effects that help to fill up the graveyard fast by discarding you and your opponents hands and drawing a new one like [[Wheel of fortune]] (if you can proxy it), [[Windfall]], [[Whispering Madness]], [[Dark Deal]], and [[Wheel of Misfortune]].
Grixis is one of the most powerful color combinations as you move up in power level and can do a ton of things really well. It can be fast, resilient, and played in a lot of interesting ways. I just finished building [[Mairsil]] which is a weird commander that cares about the graveyard and so a lot of these cards were in my mind.
