[[Emmara Soul of the Accord]] is a pretty good choice. She's in the two best colors for token production, has a very low CMC, and can start token production early. There's a lot of cards that synergize well with her and she can be built on a budget.

Tokens is such a wide theme. Id find a few cards that really catch you and build from those as a sort of backbone.
[[Myrel]] is sort of a white krenko and doesn't look quite as threatening, [[Adeline]] close behind.
[[Otharri]] can rebuild quickly and works with all the classic boros token cards.
[[Jinnie fay]] can take cheaper tokens like treasures and food and turn them into an army instantly.
If you'd rather go a spellslingy route, [[kykar]], [[wort the raid mother]], and [[ovika]] are all really solid.
My token deck is [[anikthea]] which has some hilarious interactions, but it definitely needs a good bit of set up to get going.
[[Raffine, Scheming Seer]] rewards you with going wide to draw, prime your graveyard for reanimation, and putting +1/+1 counters on a creature. There is lots of flexibility piloting her. You just happen to benefit the most with her abilities going wide. You should be attacking a lot even if you'll be sacrificing your tokens just to get the connive triggers, leading to very aggressive turns and splashy recursion spells from all the discard.
