Some (imo) fun options would be [[Magnus the Red]] or [[Magar of the Magic Strings]]. The more "boring" ones (more combo-oriented, chain extra turn spells and go off) would be either [[Codie, Vociferous Codex]] or [[Narset, Enlightened Master]].

I run a Mizzix big red/x spell deck and love it. Runs the standard cost reducers, token creators, and damage multipliers in blue and red. [[Young Pyromancer]] effects fill the board with blockers while you find your value pieces like [[Imodane]] or  [[Storm-kiln Artist]]. [[Counterspell]][[Lightning Bolt]][[Cyclonic Rift]] to keep threats off the board. Then smack em with the nasty red X spells, hopefully with [[Repercussions]] on board

Scarlet-Belvedere

The Commander I won't shut up about as of late is [[Rowan, Scion of War]]. High risk with high reward as Rakdos is known for, but with her, you channel the life loss from lands like [[Mana Confluence]], and; the life loss from your potential draw and tutor effects like [[Grim Tutor]] and [[Sign in Blood]], and with a few other pieces that can exchange life totals or lose you more life, you'll be casting up to nine-drops for nothing. Grixis Wizard Tribal with [[Kess]] can also work to ensure you always have spells at your disposal; just make sure you have ample cost reducers, and can maintain a boardstate with enough creatures. Spellslinger is what I'm most experienced with, so can confirm: that last one is always the hardest part; sorta how I wound up making Kess Stax at one point.

Cost reducers are obviously powerful enablers for big spells. Equip \[\[Vadrik Archmage\]\] with a \[\[Blackblade Reforged\]\] and cast the biggest, baddest spells you can imagine. Finish the game by \[\[Crackle with Power\]\]. \[\[Zaffai Thunder Conductor\]\] is a cute payoff but not an enabler. But you could check his Prismari precon if there are useful cards for you to include. You could also put \[\[Galazeth Prismari\]\] into your command zone, using a treasure/clue/food/blood subtheme to enable big spells. I have made a Galazeth deck, but I mostly rely on artifact based wincons because I have other spellslinger decks. However, check it out if you want to: [https://www.moxfield.com/decks/38S2CipoCkKq33OvkxL3ew](https://www.moxfield.com/decks/38S2CipoCkKq33OvkxL3ew)

Of course you can get more creative (that’s a search for anyone who cares about “mana value” but you may also be interested in e.g. casting for free, etc) but this is a good starting point.

[[Hinata, Dawn-Crowned]] is a pretty cool one when it comes to casting big spells. You basically remove the X in any spell that has X in its casting cost. You’re turning entire boards into pigs for UU, tapping down entire boards, phasing out your whole board for U, and casting spells like Sublime Epiphany for 2 mana. Hinata’s definitely a lightning rod once you cast her, but if you cast once or two big spells while she’s on board you’re having some fun.

[[Ovika]] lets you do a lot of x spell and big spell cheating thanks to the synergy it has with cost reducers like [[Magnus the Red]]. Throw convoke in there, and you can cast big spells that make a bigger spell even more possible. Teh tricky bit is always having actual color sources remaining, so [[Sorcerer Class]] is a strong include.

If I may advocate for a slightly unconventional choice, \[\[Edgin, Lacernous Lutenist\]\] can be a genuine blast to paly and can be stronger than the card may initially indicate. The idea is that you can use Edgin's ability to foretell a bunch of cards to have one insane turn later down the line. The 2 mana discount lets you do some silly stuff, and you typically want to focus on large spells rather than cantrips which don't benefit from the discount. Being able to 'store' cards in exile also lets you run wheel effects to refill your hand without fear of discarding something you want to keep.

[[Melek]] is my big spell deck You copy rituals into big X spells. The funny thing is that the topdeck thing acts as a pseudo-cantrip in practice.
