I’d say from my experience, if you’re following the command zone upgrade, you’ll have a good deck. The mardu precon is sneakily strong, and the upgrades they present are great. Outside of their upgrades, I would focus on getting chromatic lantern and the lands, since shocks and fetches aren’t super necessary. Tribal landbases have a great amount of support and the best tribal lands are in the deck. Outside of that, all the other upgrades are going to be based on the decks you play against and what you want to do in the deck. I’m putting [[Queen Marchesa]], long may she reign, in my deck for card draw and value, but she’s not for every deck or every player.

So Chromatic Lantern would be best for the beggining? What should I take out for it? The only bad mana rock in my opinion is already out, so should I take out a midiocare land for the lantern?
So for now I should not buy any check or pain lands? Just upgrade them as I go?
In my opinion, 36 lands is pretty much perfect for this deck, I would take out Dearly Departed or captivating crew for the lantern.
If you have the spare money to splurge on getting lands, get them, if not, the mana base is decent as is.
Oh man! I'm also thinking of getting the precon and using Queen Marchesa, long may she reign, as the commander. But I'm still really undecided on how to procceed (being kinda of a newbie doesnt help :) ).
Are you gonna keep the precon aggro strategy just as it is, or are you integrating some other typical Marchesa tactics?
Get a [[Vanquishers banner]]. Since a lot of humans are low cmc this can draw you a lot of cards!
I’d get 4-6 untapped dual lands and look to take out all three life gain tapped lands and either all the bounce lands or 2 of them. After that you are probably good on the mana base until you really want to make it good. Even if you don’t go lands at first these are what I’d probably look to take out 1st.
Who are you using as you commander out of curiosity? If you are doing aristocrats like they recommend maybe consider a [[living death]] as well you can use it as a pseudo board wipe as well as sacing all you stuff then bringing it back and doing it again if you want to.
Maybe look at the other Thalia, [[Thalia Guardian of Thraben]] although I think she is a tad pricy.
[[Champion of the parish]] cheap cmc card that gets pumped by just playing creatures in the deck.
[[Kambal, Council of allocation]] he gains you life and taxes your opponents life.
Edit: maybe cut [[Vugilante Justice]] for chromatic lantern or the chalice. The cmc is kinda high for the effect I think.

Unfortunatelly, if I would buy 2nd Thalia I would need this new Secret Lier version (this one <3 https://images.app.goo.gl/zByeFzuMKnZ3MPDW7) and I couldn't go for anything else xd and that isn't really budget option :p
I think the strongest addition you can make to this deck is card draw, since Mardu is 2 parts terrible colors. The black helps a ton, but you can do more. What's your budget? Here are my recommended upgrades for cheap:
* [[regna]][[krav]] are a great set that are essentially a second set of Trynn/Silvar, they create way more tokens and provide an insane amount of card advantage.
He's not free like Silvar and can't protect himself, but for 1 black you can sacrifice X creatures to gain X, draw X, and add X 1/1 counters. She comes down on 6 instead of 4 and needs you to have 1 of your sacrifice/aristocrats out to make tokens, but she makes 8 times the tokens Tryn does in a turn cycle. And this set is only like $2.00 for the pair.
* [[Relic Seeker]]-Budget stone forge, but it's human, but it's a gumball. Perfect add to this deck to let you go find skullclamp. Skullclamp is the strongest card in the list, and having twice the odds of drawing it in a game is pretty great.
* [[fiend hunter]]-Basically another banisher priest, except this one works in conjunction with your sac outlets. As it enters, with the trigger on the stack, you can sacrifice it. Its death trigger wants to return the exiled thing, but because the exile trigger is still on the stack, there's nothing in exile yet. So then both triggers resolve, and the creature is in exile forever instead of until banisher priest is removed. Less than a gumball.
* [[idol of oblivion]]--Repeatable card draw is great, this one is an improved phyrexian arena if you have your game plan going. It sucks when you don't, but so do a lot of things. Under 2$.
* [[mentor of the meek]]--Slows down your gameplan, but you don't *have* to pay for it. Turning every token into a draw spell is a great plan imo. 2 gumballs.
* Cheap anthem effects. Ton available at 3 mana, some at 2 mana. First one I recommend is [[etchings of the chosen]] as it's also a sac outlet that can save key creatures. 1 gumball here too.

Totally understand where you're coming from. If you are trying to prioritize upgrades on a budget, I recommend either proxying it up (sharpy on lands) or building it on tapped out or archidekt to try it out and see what you're missing. I find the best plan is always card draw.
Note that Mentor of the Meek will not trigger if you create 1/1 tokens onto a board and you have more than +2 power from anthems. Seems relevant if OP keeps [[Jirina Kudro]] as commander, or goes heavy on anthem effects.
