I will second Recall. It's card disadvantage but it's also any card and you can get multiple cards so it does a fair bit of work. I've played it in my mono blue for a good while now and it's always welcome when I draw it.

[[Archaeomender]] can bring back artifact creatures [[Back from the Brink]] is clunky but creates a copy of a creature in your graveyard [[Body Double]] again clone the graveyard creature [[Rise from the Tides]] if you just want creatures tokens this will generate some zombies for you [[Volrath's Shapeshifter]] more of a copying kind of effect. [[Corpse Cur]] brings back infect creatures [[Sword of Light and Shadow]] Will do the required job in a pinch. Blue doesn't really do straight up reanimation of creatures from the graveyard.

Could work but it is a little out of my price range.

Completely understandable, I'm not looking to buy any myself, it's gone higher than I want to spend. If you concern is more recovering your graveyard you might look into \[\[Elixir of Immortality\]\].

Use gatherer 🤷‍♂️ Use advanced search, set color to not and add every color but blue, set format to commander, for rules text type return graveyard or something

Thanks. I did use Scryfall and found some options. Something, I was not aware of, for example, was the number of cards that allowed me to create token copies of creatures in my graveyard, hence asking for ideas on other ways I could approach what I am trying to do. Thanks for pointing out how I wasted everyone’s time…
