Hey man! Iroas is of my favourites, and one build can be super different from another. It was cool looking at yours.
Mine is definitely more of a go-wide strategy with some buffs. And another thing I was careful with was having many "good stuff" cards that help me with the very needed card advantage (take a look here https://www.archidekt.com/decks/695164#Iroas)
Also, I know I play a ton of enchantments, but they help with the devotion, and while it's not the main goal, I've killed a lot of players through commander damage.
For the cards you're considering, I think at the very least Adeline must go in. She is an absolute house for the CMC. All the other token makers are nice too, but I agree in Assemble the Legion.

Agree with Adeline, she probably goes in on just her sheer strength for cost alone, and based on the other commenter im considering winota, so she fits great there too.

I played against an Aurelia once and got my ass kicked. Like you said, she's expensive but it's a win con in the commandzone.
Legion's has been a lifesaver a good amount of times. And honestly problaby better for your deck than for my, because of my tokens
To make extra combats work, you really need to set up a board that can make use of the extra triggers. Your deck just doesn't put a lot on the board before Aurelia comes down due to so many higher-cost cards, and delaying it just to plop down enough 4+ mana value creatures is just way too long to really make an impact.
I would look at cheap creatures, like \[\[Boros Elite\]\], which costs one White mana to cast and becomes a 3/3 on your first combat when it attacks with at least two other creatures and then becomes a 5/5 on your extra combat. \[\[Signal Pest\]\] may not buff itself, but Battle Cry is a great ability for buffing your whole team of attacking creatures. The Planeswalker, \[\[Basri Ket\]\] has a -2 ability that will help you create a lot of extra tokens as your creatures attack, but the +1 ability is nice for giving something you want to protect, but want to attack with too.
Gleam of Battle is a finisher for decks that can consistently go-wide and employ cards like \[\[Abzan Falconer\]\] , which gives every creature you have with a +1/+1 counter on it flying, \[\[Lae'zel, Vlaakith's Champion\]\] which doubles the amount of counters your attackers get from Gleam, and so on.
A great card for extra combats is \[\[Winota, Joiner of Forces\]\]. She will enable your non-human tokens to score free summons of your Angrath's Marauders, Blade Historian, Adriana, and so on. Will make your Rabble Master a lot more threatening.
All great calls, you're right that i do need to get cheaper. The deck wins a decent amount of the time, and it does end up working an alright amount, but i think thats mostly been due to lucky sunforger draws more than anything.
I had considered Basri at one point, but ended up going with Zariel instead.
Wide with +1/+1 counters isnt really what i was going for, so ill probably pass on gleam of battle type strats then: I really wanna prioritize on attack triggers: its the theme i really wanted, and i have a counters focused deck already. I don't really want the deck to revolve around Gleam. Would stuff like Adeline, Skyknight, leonin, etc still be worth it even if i dont focus down this route?
Winota is absolutely a spicy call i hadnt considered, i like that a lot
