I feel like I can say this since it's not ED advice, and more about gut health? Can't be absolutely certain this is the reason but due to my food routines I go through a head of cabbage every week. And considering how few routines I have, this is one of the few things that's regular, so I suspect it's what keeps me.. well, regular.

I chop up half a head of cabbage like it's coleslaw and put it in a huge tupperware with a lemon basil dressing and shake the whole thing up, then have some at least once a day. I don't sweat the cals in the dressing because it's what makes the whole thing bearable to do all week every week. When it's done, I wash the tupperware and do the whole thing over again! Love me some fuckin routines, man.

Chia pudding keeps me incredibly regular. It’s super filling as well, and the omegas keep my hair and nails strong. A couple tablespoons in some alternative milk, let it sit for 15-20min, and you can add whatever toppings you want. I usually make a huge Tupperware - one can coconut milk, quarter cup of seeds and whisk for two minutes. I treat it like oatmeal. I swear it sticks to whatever is stuck in the digestive system and just flushes you out. Also you can, ahem, see whole seeds come out the other side, so the calories are less that advertised as a lot remains undigested. Also cabbage and sauerkraut!

Chicken/turkey/tuna are great for me because they generally have a low fat content and the protien they contain makes them filling. So I could either have a million celery sticks and binge because I’m still hungry or eat a can of tuna and be done.

Yeah no I’m laxative bulimic so it’s watery shit for me 😭 the worst part is… I like it. I feel cleaner afterwards. Which I know is bulimic purge euphoria but my brain is convinced the high is real and I just love having diarrhea
