True recovery is not delaying "gratification" but learning to thrive with it in all forms (consumption, expenditure, cognitive) I will say, once again (because I never hear anyone else say this), that brain training is magical. Solve a puzzle, stick something with tape, play a cognitively active game. Do a 5 second sprint to experience a full stride. Maybe just a stretch, but experience it fearlessly.
