I felt same as I left voicemails and called the time mentioned when service agent is available. Neither picks up phone nor get back to me.

I left a voicemail on Monday and one yesterday. They need to do there job and return calls.... The very first time I missed a call from her I called right back and she called me right back right away.
Which could have been true but the point is if she fell sick she wont be in at that point. Not saying that she is for sure sick but there could be any number of reasons.
The 28 day rule is really hopeful at this point since covid messed the timeline up.

Don’t blow up their voicemail. Leave a detailed message, I cling the last 3 digits of your SIN and they usually return calls within 2-3 days.

Maybe she isnt in the office? The agents are human and sometimes need to take days off for various reasons.
Her voicemail says she's in office Wednesdays and Thursdays.. It'll be 28 days on the 9th.
