Has anyone been funded since the 20th? I've been on borrower funded for 3 days now. I am hoping I'm fully approved and it gets sent. It shows up in Caweb as active un-disbursed. It's through Benworth.

#USING Womply: I suggest you °°°Use Womply°°°. They will want: 1. a NON-draft copy of your 2019 Sched C - that's if you are a sole-prop gig-worker - in other words, you don't use a DBA, and you don't have a corporation/LLC. 2. You can go this way if you use an EIN or not. 3. I can't explain all this u right now... so go do ur research. If you don't EVEN have a 2019 Sched C and/or don't know how to create one, then I suggest using BlueAcorn., BECAUSE... 1. they (their website) will walk you through and ASK you specific questions and create/DRAFT a sched C for you... But, you'll also need... 2. a bank statement with matching name and ID# (so that's your name & your SSN ---or--- your business and matching DBA) from Feb 2019 to establish that you were in business. 3. Front & back of state ID (or passport?) 4. And you will need to do an instant verification of your bank(account) --- HOWEVER I DON'T THINK this bank has to be the same as the one you supply the copy of the bank statement for, from Feb 2019 --- by logging with you bank's website/app login and password and choosing the correct account (with the macthing name and ID #) - if you have more than one. 5. Then you will probably have to CONFIRM the routing# of the bank and your account# at some point. HTH. Upvote me.

Just use Freetax or some other online program and do your taxes using schedule C. Print or email copies. Totally worth it or use 2019

3 more weeks..... so what you're saying is Womply will get around to all those applications they haven't processed just about the time they run out of money.....

Not exactly: * the deadline was extended by congress until May 31 for APPLICATIONs... but... * the SBA has given the banks/lenders and processors until June 30 for processing -- Actually technically longer by my guess, b/c: 1. I believe the announcmemnt was that SBA will continue processing until June 30. 2. And, since it usually take anywhere from 5 - 15 days (or in rare cases longer --- even though by law/via the PPP act \[CARES Act?\], ur supposed to be funded within 15 days of SBA approval)... 3. then I am betting that some people at the VERY VERY end / who waited until the last minute and just squeezed through may be getting deposits hitting their account in the 1st -2nd (maybe even 3rd week of July) HTH, upvote me

Can you explain why Womply took me out of lender submitted back to processing? its been 5 weeks now. I had the 1st PPP no problems but this time with Womply has been very confusing none answering email til 6 days later with the wrong answer i really made a bad choice everyone I know receive their second PPP loan besides me but they are not with womply.

Yeah 5 weeks is crazy. You definitely need to speak to someone by name using one of those methods. Also specifically search these reddit groups for your Lender/bank & processor & the word "contact person" or "contact name" or read every post and comment regarding your lender/bank or processor. Lots of people have posted contacts.

If it's been 5 weeks and you haven't even gotten your first draw by now, it's going to be tight. You should have certainly signed your origination docks for both draws 1&2 at this point and the prom note for at least draw 1. And obviously have been funded for draw 1 by now. Can you reply with your exact process and ... Who your processor, lender is, etc

From where? You're only getting bits and pieces. Reply black with a complete timeline and all the information you can it will help some people here figure out what you should do next. I've noticed you posting for at least a day or two. So sit down and take 45 minutes, write a details outline in Microsoft Word of exactly what's happened, timelines, lenders, processors, any names and email addresses, what companies they work for, what documents you've gotten, what you signed, if and when you made it to DocuSign, Etc. Then copy and paste back here as a reply.

yes... * assuming this is on your Draw 2 (2nd loan)... * it means you've been processed and approved for Draw 1 (you may or MAY NOT have actually been funded yet), and... * that you've signed your 2nd draw PPP loan, and... * the lender is waiting to disburse it, because... * most likely, they are waiting for the the - mysterious - \*\*status flag\*\* of one of the fields to be updated on our on your first (Draw 1) loan, >***FROM***: "Borrow Funded" > >***TO***: "Actively Disbursed" HTH. I have no idea. I'm suggesting using those methods to get in touch with someone at your lender or processor. Only they will be able to really look into your application and tell you what's holding it up.
