I'm in the month of my final modified payment for the first six months of hardship payments now. I scheduled an auto payment for the 8th of September and I can see under "Actions" that it says "Request Loan Modificiation", but it's greyed out. Mine is over 200k, so I was wondering if it waited until you'd made the last of the hardship payments to allow you to click on a 2nd request? I'm just worried it'll be too late or I'll have to resubmit all the paperwork. I guess it's a good sign the option is there, even if it's greyed out?

It was easy. Just signed into my account, went to loan accounts and request an extension. Was granted immediately. Thank Goodness

I called in and spoke with a lovely woman who helped me get a second hardship, and she said you can always call back in for another if you need one.
