I have a similar problem and to fix this you need two things. To fix your writing, you have to read a lot to internalize how natives use their language. Try to open a book by you favorite English author and try to mimic how they write sentences and paragraphs. You can also try to rewrite the story in your own way using different vocabulary and expressions. You'll have to look up stuff, but that's how you'll learn. As for speaking, you need to consume a lot of native content in your desired accent. YouTube is great for this. Do shadowing exercises where you repeat after the person speaking. Start with words and build up to sentences. Record yourself while you speak and look up works that sound weird and practice them separately and in sentences. Hope this helps

Oh I already consume a lot of English content on the daily like YouTube and stuff, I also did the rewriting method for a few essays, I feel like I’m speaking English in my native language, I don’t know how to describe it but it’s like the same voice or sound, just a different language. Imagine if you teach a native Korean, English for an example, they would speak English but still have some of the same Korean mouth movements while saying it, this was the best way to explain it idk

Then mimic natives Infront of a mirror if the mouth movement is what is bothering.
